Server log files / Automatic data storage

This website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies are necessary for the operation (legal basis art.) 6 para 1 lit. f GDPR or § 25 para 2 TDDDG. Spam protection (Akismet)

To detect and defend spam messages, we use the service Akismet of Automattic Inc. (USA). In the case of a form or comment input, data such as the entered content, IP address and browser information are transmitted to Akismet and checked there for spam characteristics.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in the prevention of spam, art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR. The transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of suitable guarantees (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses or EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

Safety (Wordfence)

To protect the website from attacks and abuse, we use the security software Wordfence (Defiant Inc., USA). Security-relevant data such as IP addresses and access patterns are processed in order to detect and block malicious access (firewall).

Email delivery

For sending e-mails (e.g. responses to contact requests), we use our own self-operated mail infrastructure. A transfer of the shipping data to external e-mail service providers does not take place. Legal basis: Article 6(3) 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable communication).

Google Analytics 4

This website uses the Google Analytics 4 web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, only with your express consent. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze the use of the website (e.g. pages visited, length of stay, approximate origin). Your IP address is also processed (in shortened form).

Purpose: Range measurement and improvement of supply. Legal basis: Consent in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG. Before giving consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. Google Search Console / Google Site Kit

To evaluate the visibility of our website in search engines and for technical analysis, we use services from Google (including Search Console, PageSpeed Insights), integrated via the plugin “Site Kit by Google” (Google Ireland Limited). Here, aggregated or technical data are processed. If cookies for range measurement are used, this is only done after your consent (see Google Analytics).

Google Maps

On our contact page we integrate map material of the service Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) to show you our location. When the card is called up, data (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google.
