What we cover – and what we don’t
We build, migrate and operate the systems you work with: individual software, data links, evaluations, cloud environments and AI applications. The common denominator is that it is about your expertise – about processes, data and decisions that only exist with you and are either too coarse or too expensive for the standard software.
It is equally clear what does not belong: Systems and applications yes, end-user jobs no. We do not operate a helpdesk, do not sell hardware and do not trade licenses. If you need someone to plug in printers and set up mailboxes, we’re the wrong partner – and we’d rather say that in the first interview than in the third month of the project.
How the benefits are related
The eight sections are not individual products, but sections of the same chain. In most projects, several of them interlock – often in this order:

- Then the evaluation. Consolidated data creates reliable key figures – Business Intelligence and ETL provide the routes and dashboards that the specialist department also believes.

- Then the AI. Once the data is ordered, internal knowledge becomes a proven assistant: AI consulting with RAG systems and AI agents, flanked by AI governance, so that the use also carries regulatoryly.
- And then the operation. What is going on must stay going – that is what our Managed Services, also for systems that do not originate from us.
They do not therefore have to obtain everything from a single source. The advantage arises where the transitions are otherwise expensive: between data cleaning and reporting, between development and operation, between AI idea and data protection.
