Frequent questions for an IT service provider

No. We do not provide workplace support, hardware procurement or licensing, and we do not operate a helpdesk for end users. Our field is everything that is built: individual software, data tracks and evaluations, AI applications and the modernization of legacy systems. If you are looking for a partner for ongoing IT operations, a classic system house is the right address – and we are happy to work with the one you already have.

Yes. Our managed services cover monitoring, maintenance and support with clear service levels – for systems from our projects as well as for existing infrastructure, cloud environments and applications that someone else has built. The border runs elsewhere: We operate the systems on which your business runs, not the workplaces of your employees. End-user helpdesk and hardware remain with the system house.

There is no fixed lower limit. What matters is whether a process is important enough to build software for it. This can be the case for twenty employees and not for two hundred. In practice, our customers are usually between 50 and 500 employees, plus individual Group divisions in the Stuttgart area with their own budget.

This depends on the cut, and serious numbers can only be called beforehand after a conversation. The drivers are almost always the same: scope of the specialist logic, number of interfaces to existing systems, requirements for security and verifiability as well as the question of whether a company is added after launch. Yes, nationwide. Location is an advantage for customers in the region, but not a condition – Remote collaboration is part of our everyday life. For projects outside, we usually arrange fixed attendance dates for workshops and acceptances.

This also applies explicitly to AI: language models can be operated locally, so that no content goes to external providers. Whether this makes sense depends on the case; The answer to this belongs in the initial discussion.

Then take everything with you: source code, documentation, access data, build pipelines. We do not hold back anything that would make a change more difficult. It is more important to us that you stay because the work is right – not because you cannot leave.
